Warranty Terms & Conditions

This warranty (this “Warranty”) is provided to the end-user purchaser (“you”) of Physio Radiance Visage+ (the “Product”), which QNET Limited (“QNET” or “we”) distributes and/or sells. QNET reserves the right to amend or modify the Terms and Conditions of this Warranty without prior notice.

1. Warranty Period

This Warranty period remains valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, we will repair and/or replace, at our discretion, the Product and/or part(s) thereof which proves to be defective, without any cost to you for the said repair and/or replacement of the Product or its part(s) thereof, including the labour cost in relation to the same, except where the said repair and/or replacement cost is not part of the one-year warranty.

2. Warranty Exclusions and Limitations

Except for the warranty provided above, QNET disclaims any and all other implied warranties and any warranty of the merchant or fitness for a particular purpose with respect to the product for any period after the expiration.

3. This Warranty does not cover the following:

• Damage, failure, loss or deterioration due to ordinary wear and tear, or from abuse, misuse, negligence, accident, faulty installation, placement and operation, improper maintenance, unauthorised repair, exposure to unreasonable temperatures or conditions. This includes damages caused by misusing the product and cleaning solutions;
• Damage, failure, loss or deterioration due to ordinary wear and tear, or from abuse, misuse, negligence, accident, faulty installation, placement and operation, improper maintenance, unauthorised repair, exposure to unreasonable temperatures or conditions. This includes damages caused by misusing the product and cleaning solutions;
• Damage resulting from inadequate packaging or carrier mishandling of returned products;
• Shipping and transportation costs to and from any place of repair; 
• Direct, indirect, special or consequential damages of any type, including loss of profits or other economic loss; or
• Transportation damage of a unit shipped from one of our retailers. Please contact them directly.

QNET will, at its sole discretion, repair or exchange the Product under warranty. No credit will be issued.

4. Who Is Covered?

The end-user purchaser of the Product who can provide a dated proof of purchase in the form of an invoice or receipt is covered. This Warranty is not transferable.

5. How To Make A Warranty Claim?

• Contact the QNET Global Support Centre (GSC).

Details provided below.
• Fax, email or mail a copy of the original dated proof of purchase together with this Warranty Card to the QNET GSC.
• Provide detailed description (preferably typed) of the problem with the Product.
• Enclose your description in an envelope and tape it directly to the product before the box is sealed. Do not write anything on or alter in any way the original box.

6. LIMITATION OF REMEDIES

Your exclusive remedy, in lieu of all indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, special or other damages of any kind, including negligence, is limited to the repair or replacement of the product, if defective, under the terms and conditions of this limited warranty.

7. QNET shall bear no other expenses.

QNET reserves the right to refuse to repair or replace the product if it is returned in an unsanitary condition and reserves the right to substitute a product of equal or better quality if an identical product is not available at the time of replacement.

8. GOVERNING LAW

In case of any dispute, the laws of Hong Kong shall apply to this Limited Warranty.

9. HOW TO GET SERVICE UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY

To obtain service under this Limited Warranty, please contact the Global Support Centre and keep the product serial number for tracking purposes.

To be covered by this limited Warranty, the product must have been purchased directly from QNET Limited (‘QNET’), or from a registered independent Representative (IR). The Limited Warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not assignable or transferable. QNET warrants to you, that under normal use, the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, (‘warranty period’). If you discover a defect covered by this limited warranty during the warranty period and return the product to us, we will repair or replace the product, at our sole discretion, using either new or remanufactured components. There is no warranty or condition of any kind as to any defects discovered after the warranty period expires. This limited warranty is the only warranty for the product and there are no other warranties, provided by QNET. This limited warranty does not guarantee specific skin improvement.
